Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure that well integrity data is gathered and analysed, you will identify any reporting risks, and facilitate effective risk management plans throughout the business.
 - Understanding, and ensuring compliance of industry codes and legislative and company requirements to communicate and drive well integrity management strategies.
 - Ensuring compliance with and adherence to standards for EHS performance and behaving consistently with Company’s environmental, health & safety vision and policies and standards.
 - Mitigating or minimising risk to the business through proactive application of discipline-specific learning and processes aligned to the Company’s strategy.
 - Actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, value creation, optimisation of technical well integrity solutions and associated costs.
 - Building and maintaining relationships and providing effective and timely engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
 
Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you will be a degree qualified Professional Engineer with a minimum of 10 years Oil & Gas experience.
 - You will have working knowledge of applicable industry standards and statutory requirements with well integrity management and principles of risk management.
 - A working knowledge of well construction equipment, materials selection, and the limitations.
 - Visible commitment to maintaining the highest standard of safety.
 - A positive can-do attitude.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
