Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate completion and well services operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the execution of well completion activities, including perforation, stimulation, and equipment installation, to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with drilling and production teams to develop and implement well completion plans aligned with overall field development strategies.
- Monitor and analyse well performance data, making recommendations for optimisation and efficiency improvements in completion processes.
- Lead and mentor completion and well services teams, ensuring effective communication, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement in performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in completions and well services operations within the oil and gas industry.
- Expertise in well completion activities, including perforation, stimulation, and equipment installation.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational standards related to completions and well services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, ensuring efficient and safe execution of completion and well services projects.
