Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organisation, distribution, and control of documents, ensuring accurate and timely access for relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain document control procedures to facilitate efficient document workflow and compliance with organisational standards.
- Coordinate with project teams and departments to collect, organise, and update project-related documentation.
- Perform regular quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve document-related issues and contribute to the improvement of document management processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in administrative assistance to a project team, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and external contacts.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Being resourceful and innovative in finding solutions and information to support the team’s needs.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage and maintain a structured document control system.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in document management.
- Visible commitment to maintaining the highest standard of safety.
- A positive can-do attitude.
